Albert was wonderful to work with. He was quick to come out and assess a rat problem under our house. He quickly was able to locate and close the rat access point and catch the unwanted pests. Albert was assigned to my job. Albert is an awesome person to work with. I had some rats running around in my attic. He gave me a quote that was very reasonable and I hired him to resolve the issue. When I first called they said they would send someone right away and they did. He went up there looked around, went on the roof and wrote me a quote. He patched up all the possible entry holes and set traps. After he got them all, he vacuumed up droppings and sanitized. He was also excellent with my 2 dogs. He greeted them every time he came over and they had no issues with him visiting. I would definitely recommend this company, the rates are very reasonable and they do a great job. He always texted to let me know about what time ti expect his arrival. Top notch person and company. Absolutely recommend for any animal related issues.
